We bring together qualified mental health professionals from many disciplines such as: Systemic Family Psychotherapy, Body Oriented Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, CBT, Person-Centred Therapy and Focusing-Oriented Therapy, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and EMDR. What brings us together is that we utilise Experiential Trauma recovery tools in the treatment of single or complex trauma.
 
Our mission is to support both sufferers and practitioners of complex trauma by providing a comprehensive, high quality, trauma-led continuum of education, interventions, understanding and treatment services.

We support Continuing Professional and Personal Development of professionals & volunteers (who already support traumatized individuals or who are planning to support trauma recovery) from the Voluntary and Statutory Sectors. We provide a wide range of learning opportunities from experienced trainers at very competitive prices.
